ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
An online entry process for providing entry information and uploading digital images is available for Aqueous this year. However, entry fee payment will still need to be made by mailing a check or money order. Instructions for mailing your entry fee are on the prospectus and the entry form.
Click the button link below for Aqueous 2022 Online Entry to complete the online entry process. After completing the form entry and uploading your images, you will be able to print out a copy of your completed form for your records and to create your painting labels.
Please also enclose a copy of the form with your mailed entry payment (to expedite entry tracking).
Before starting the online entry process, please prepare your images ahead of time and note where the image files are saved on your computer to make the online upload process easier for you to complete.
Digital images should be:
- in focus and accurately convey the painting's colors (no digital enhancement)
- correctly oriented (vertical or horizontal).
- show only the image, with no matting or frame
- must be in RGB color space, in .jpg (.jpeg) format
- must be no larger than 5MB
- must have a minimum of 2,000 pixels on the longest side.
